How to Create A Tweet-My-Quiz Page

This sections illustrates exactly how to easily set your Tweet My Quiz Page options in the Admin Dashboard.

The Tweeter page is a dynamic element that you can integrate in the flow your quiz.  The page itself is currently not linked at any step and allows you to choose where to put it.  It is also important to keep in mind that you do not have to put in the optin quiz flow either.

The URL where OQG creates your Tweeter page is an independent URL and you can simply send it via email, post it on some other pages, etc. It is not related to the flows of the optin quiz.

Tweet My Quiz Page Example

The image below shows the three part of a Tweet-My-Quiz page. Each is marked with (1), (2) and (3). I put around each area a box with a certain color (yellow, or light blue) just to represents what the area is, in reality there is no box.

Each section from above (1), (2) and (3) can be changed easily, see the sections below. They correspond to:

(1) is the Viral Tweeter Page Intro

(2) is Tweeter Link. It can be a link or text, and you can customize the re tweet message it sends.

(3) is text displayed below the Tweeter link

Step by step actions of creating a Tweet My Quiz Page

Got the OQG Admin Dashboard to the section "Step 4.3 Create Viral Tweeter Page" and follow the steps below:

1 - Step One: Viral Tweeter Page Intro

This will be displayed above your Viral Tweeter link. If you leave this field blank, nothing will be displayed.

2 - Step Two: Retweet Text

Type your 140 character text, that you would like people to retweet. For example, RT @yourTweeterid Check out this great quiz at www.yourdomain.com Also select here whether the Tweeter link will be an image or text.

3 - Step Three: Tweeter Link

If you selected "Image Link" above and want to use a graphic for the Tweeter link, set the image properties here.

Text Tweeter Link

If you selected "Text Link" above, set the text you want to appear as the link and format the text here.

Use the color picker to create for you, the hex value of the color you will like to use. Then you can use that value in the place where you see a value like: #000000.

4 - Step Four: Set the text displayed below the Tweeter link

This will be displayed on the Tweeter page. If you leave this field blank, nothing will be displayed.

5 - Step Five: Save your Quiz

Use the buttons below depending of your desired choice

If the Checkbox "Validate quiz completeness before saving" is ticked then the mandatory elements for a quiz to work properly will be checked, before saving. If they are missing or wrongly set, an error message will signal that. As a reminder the mandatory elements for a quiz to work properly are:

• At least one quiz question+ at least one answer +at least one analysis for that answer.
• The auto responder code.
• The URL is present in Step 5.3. of the quiz dashboard

If you don't want to use the validation check simply leave the box un-ticked and the system will allow you to save your work without any checks.
