This sections illustrates exactly what you need to do to quickly and easily use this complete User Manual for the Optin Quiz Generator software.

In this section I will give you information on how to navigate more efficiently in this tutorial. Before going any further I need to explain a few acronyms I use in this tutorial:

  • OQG, I use it as a short name for the Optin Quiz Generator Software

  • TYO page stands for Thank You Page

  • Quiz, I use it as a short term for the landing page created by OQG that contains the quiz your website visitors will first see, or the survey landing page.

There is one image that will appear very often in this user manual. It is the built in HTML editor that you can use to customize all the pages.

This HTML editor has two kind of functionality. You can use simply as a WYSIWYG editor in which you type your text, add links and do text formatting as you will do in Ms Word. The other way of making use of it is by copying any html code, that you may already have, into it (for this option use the HTML icon).

It is a very simple to use editor and intuitive. The image below shows the HTML editor I refer to:

Navigation

As you can see on the right part of the page there is a menu which has several sections.  Each of those sections was created with a specific purpose. On this page you can learn what each section is about and how to easily navigate them.

#1: Top Section

It is the first section of the tutorial, containing links with the basic concepts you need to know as to better understand the text in this tutorial.

It explains how double optin works, and all the elements that you need to understand while reading this website. 

It is meant to get you started with the concepts, but a more detailed explication is in the e-books you received with the Optin Quiz Generator package.

#2: Section "Get Familiar With the Dashboard"

This section will go in details for every little setting you can do in the OQG Admin Dashboard of the OQG.  The links in this part of the tutorial do not use example but just takes every features of the dashboard and tell you what is used for. 

Use this section of this learning center as a quick reference guide. You notice that each of the links start with something like "Step 2: Quiz Landing Page Configuration". That corresponds exactly to the sections you have in the OQG Admin Dashboard.

They are numbered in that order so that if you really want to do all the steps from Step 1 to Step 5 that will be the order. As you will see in this User Manual that is not necessary. Once you configure the core elements you can play around with the features in the order you like.

This section gives information about how to install OQG, what you need to do when you first login, how to set up the core elements of the quiz, how to redirect your website visitors to a VFG page, how to set the advance functionality for email delivery to safeguard your quiz will always be seen and how to create a OQG Tweeter page.

This section of the menu was constructed as a way to quickly access the information you need about any element of the Optin Quiz Generator features.

It is different from the menu section "Examples of Using OQG".

"Start Using OQG" can be read independent on the specific flow you want to create with OQG, as the section "Examples of Using OQG" give a complete step by step actions to set all the options for a specific outcome you want to create.
